What we collect

When you send a form or use the assistant on this site, we collect what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address and details about the loan you are looking for. We also count page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

To contact you about your request and to help you apply for a mortgage. If you go ahead with a loan, your information is shared with the lender and the companies needed to process it, such as for credit reports and appraisals, with your permission.

Who handles it

Website enquiries are stored in Raystar's customer records system, run for us by Lead Friendly LLC as a service provider. It stores the information only to provide that service. We do not sell or rent your information or share it with advertisers or lead buyers.

Phone calls

Calls to (918) 395-9200 may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded. You will hear a notice at the start of the call.
